Physical Products (Wood Kits, Craft Supplies)
You may request a return or exchange for physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Digital Products & Online Workshops
All digital products, online workshops, templates, downloads, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased or accessed, except where required by law.
Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately upon purchase, and therefore returns are not possible.
Subscription Boxes
Because our subscription boxes are custom prepared each month based on subscriber counts, we require that subscription cancellations be made at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

If you cancel after this window, your next box will still be processed and shipped, and your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

Subscription box charges are non-refundable once processed.
Exchanges
